MicroDoer PA-S Series nylon 66 (PA) pleated filter cartridges provide micronic and submicronic particulate retention for specific use in the microelectronics manufacturing industry. This series receives an extended rinse with ultrapure water to assure minimized extractable substances and a short rinse-up period. Being naturally hydrophilic, cartridges allow for fast and easy wetting in aqueous fluids. The optional positive zeta potential surface charge allows retention of particulate much finer than the stated rating.
Features
Durable nylon membrane and polypropylene components
Naturally hydrophilic for fast & easy wetting
"Z" surface charge option improves retention of haze, colloids, and endotoxins
Extended UPW rinse for purity and cleanliness
Applications
Ultra-high purity water systems
Electronics rinse water
Resin trap filter
