The ELPAC cartridge is specifically designed for use in electroplating applications and is widely considered the best technology available. The bonded Powdered Activated Carbon (PAC) media excels in scavenging for organic chemicals and particulate matter, and ensures sulfur is not leached into the plating bath. An added post-filtration layer works to prevent carbon fines release after the initial flush. The ELPAC is ideal for bright chrome finishing by serving to prevent pitted deposits, haze, cloudiness, and discoloration. The 2.6" (66mm) outer diameter cartridge allows simple retrofitting to almost every standard cartridge housing used in the finishing industry.

Features

  • Ultra-clean, highly purified carbon prevents sulfur leaching.
  • Resistant to chemical breakdown in acidic and alkaline solutions.
  • Gaskets permanently molded onto end-caps to prevent dislodging.
  • 66mm outer diameter fits all standard housings used in the plating industry.
  • The unique structure delivers low pressure drop.
  • Highly efficient, providing 90%+ particulate retention.

Applications

  • Plating solutions
  • Surface finishing treatment baths
  • Process water

Product Quality

  • Manufactured within an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
  • Halal certified.
  • Certificate of Quality available upon request for each product lot.
